We are welcoming you back to the farm for the 2025 Maple Weekend at Hop City Maple. This will be a fun filled adventure learning how maple syrup is made. Come taste the sap right from the tree and then the syrup as it comes hot off the evaporator. New this year… Saratoga Wild Roots wandered our woods with us and taught us about foraging for natures bounty. Danielle is an amazing certifed wild mushroom forager. She is bringing her knowledge of the woods and some products for sale.
Jolie from Bramble Grove Boutique will be joining us on March 22nd to share her love of pressed flowers. Her creative and fun creations are inspired by nature and carefully arranged and crafted for you to enjoy everyday through earrings, necklaces and more.
